Due to the nature of DIY electronics kits, returns are only accepted if the kit is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

NEOmorph kits are supplied with high-quality components, but due to the DIY nature of assembly, we cannot offer a performance warranty once the kit has been built.
Components found to be defective upon delivery will be replaced at our discretion.
